Followers: why?

What is wrong with you?!

In all (that I know of) social media websites people are able to get others to in some way follow them. The idea is very simple. At the press of a button, that person is able to see every post you make on that site, every picture, tweet, and facebook post. And for some reason everyone seems to want as many followers as possible. Thats not the part that I dont understand. Sure, I like it as much as anyone else when my friends comment on instagram and say that they like my hair. Completely normal. The thing that I think is horrible about it is, when people practically whore themselves on the social media sites to get the followers. For example they ask people who are somehow "famous" to follow them, or advertise their page: "follow for follow", "feel free to follow", "F4F", ect. This is now mostly instagram. On Facebook a lot of people who run any kind of page will advertise it in other page's comment boxes. They often seem to worry more about the amount of followers or likes on their pictures and sites and pages, than the quality. Sick.

Music that I love...

Music......and Me:

I'm the type of person who gets extremely emotional over my favourite pieces of music.  By music I seriously don't mean any type of oldie classical music. I mean please. I may write some things that looklike they were written by someone different, but the music that I love is EMOTION PACKED!!!!!!!!!!! My favourite band right now is probably Pierce the Veil (PTV) and next inline would have to be Bring Me The Horizon (BMTH). they are both what you would naturally call some type of heavy/punk metal kind of music. No quite sure what the genre is. Anyway... like I was saying, Im the sort of person who might really even start crying to one of my favourite songs (which I can't te´ll you, seeing as there's no way that I would ever be able to choose). If you want to hear my favourite album of right this moment that I am actually listening to riht now: Collide With The Sky (!!!!!). As I said, my other favourite band has got to be BMTH. I don't know about other people, but personally my favourite album of theirs has got to be Sepmiternal. IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! 
Just to end this post I want to say that 
I feel So sorry for people who dont have any artist or band that they can cry for.
